PRODUCTION AREA
Sorso, in the province of Sassari.
THE VINEYARD
Located in Lu Crabioni in Sorso with 4,250 vines/ha with a yield of 70 quintals/ha.
HARVESTING PERIOD
Last week of August.
CULTIVATION METHODS
Espalier with simple Guyot pruning.
SOIL TYPE
From sandy to clay-sandy.
VINIFICATION AND AGEING
The selected grapes are de-stemmed and sent to the wine fermentation tank for fermentation, which continues for about 10 days at a controlled temperature, exclusively in stainless steel tanks. After racking, the wine matures in steel for 12 months, then continues its ageing in oak barrels for a further 9 months before bottling. Serving temperature: 16–18 °C
